TS3L501E: Can I get a IBIS model for TS3L501E?

What are you trying to accomplish with the Input/output Buffer Information Specification (IBIS) model?  The TS3L501E signal paths are pass FETs with out any buffering so buffer information model is not applicable to the signal path.  The IBIS model would only be valid for the control logic inputs of the TS3L501E which are buffered.

You can also make a simple model of the signal path using the parasitic on-state resistance Ron and onstate capacitance Con.  More information on our different types of FET switches can be found in this app note "selecting the correct signal switch"

Each analog FET switch has digital control pins to enable/disable the signal path. The digital control pins are buffered and the IBIS model would be appropriate for those pins only. There will not be anything useful about the switch signal path from the buffered model.

TI will no longer create IBIS models pass FET switches even though there may have been some already created in the past.

HSPICE models can be requested for passive FET switches from the TI modeling team.
