Please suggest the best device for this application and also if we have devices which have P2P competition?

All of the 3V TS3LXXXX and 5 V TS5LXXXX family of devices are designed for Ethernet applications. The "L" in the part number stands for Local Area Network (LAN) switch.
These are all common parts in the industry and have several pin to pin replacement
TS3L100 - Pericom PI3100, Analog Devices ADG794
TS5L100 - Pericom PI3100
TS3L501E - Pericom PI3L720, ST micro STMUX1800
The main difference between the TS3L501E and the TS3L4892 devices are the channel count and bandwidth.
