customer is evaluating the SN74CB3Q16245 device and they want to check with product team if they can use this device for input: 2.2V and keep 3.3V output. Can it be achieve by using this device? Please advise. Thanks.

Please correct me if my understanding is not aligned with your thought.
You are looking for analog/digital input as 2.2V, while you want the output voltage level shifts to 3.3V.
Below is one typical analog switch architecture. You can tell the input A and output B are shorted when the channel is enabled. In other words, the output B will follow what the voltage is present at input A. Therefore, voltage level shifting feature is not accommodated by SN74CB3Q16245
