SN74LV4052A: What is the actual leakage performance at 85 deg C vs the production test value

Part Number: SN74LV4052A

e2e,

I’m looking for a device with the same functionality as SN74LV4052ARGY (2 x 4:1 mux) but with guaranteed low switch leakage, say <5 nA at 85C.  I believe that typical parts would meet this requirement but are not specified to because production test is expensive. Do you have a solution for this – I can find solutions from other manufacturers but none have all the other desirable parameters.

Thank you,

Adam

  • Hello Adam,

We took a few of the SN74LV4052A's into lab and ran the same ON/OFF leakage measurements mentioned in the datasheet.

Please see below the plot of the leakage currents measured vs temperature:

As you can see, our device actually can perform with a much lower leakage over temperature.

    Thank you,

    Louie
