Hello! I'm looking for the chip, which would be one or two SPDT key.
Characteristic:
- power unipolar 10-15V
- frequency shift key does not matter, I'll use it just as a relay
- open resistance of the keys is not above 20-30 Ohms, preferably less
- frequency sine wave 0.1-10kHz
- the amplitude of the peak-to-peak sinusoidal signal to a 6-10V (that is, on the findings of a key must not have protective diodes)
