Hi there,

As title, I found TS3A5018 and TS3A44159 by the cross-reference tool.

However, TS3A5018 has higher on-resistance and TS3A44159 has only two control pins.

Is there any other device we can promote to replace AGD734?

    Roy,

    You have found the best replacements that have both low Ron and individual control of each of the 4 switches in the package.  What is the need for the independent control of the switches?  Why do you need low Ron and what is the target for that spec?  There are many applications where the Ron will not make a difference in system function.
