OPA875: Thermal Metrics for OPA875

Hello,

I am looking for the thermal metrics for the PN:OPA875, as they were not listed on the datasheet.

I am looking for Thermal resistances of junction to case (theta JC) and junction to board (Theta JB), as well as a max rated junction temperature.
