Hi,
An error occured when I tried to debug TMS570LS20216SPGE (TMSX570LS20SUSB, a MCU development kit).
Here is a screenshot of my device manager
I tried to uninstall the driver, and plugged in the usb back to the laptop, so the Windows could detect it and install it properly. But every time I tried, I get a blue screen and my laptop restarts.
My CCS is Version: 4.2.3.00004 and my operating system is Windows 7.
Any inputs would be greatly appreciated!

I installed the lastest CCS Version: 5.3.0.00090, and performed a connection test. I am still getting a similar error.

The correct PID is A6D1, but mine is PID A6D0.
How can I re-program EEPROM? I installed FT_Prog_v2.8.0.0 but I don't know how to set it up.
