CCS v6.1.2 keep giving "CrashReportJob" error in every startup

Hello,

I installed CCS6.1.2.00015 on windows 7 64-bit. Everytime I start it up, it gives an error popup that 'CrashReportJob' has an error. I've attached an image.

I have reinstalled CCS but getting same error again and again... while installing CCS no warnings and no errors message I got received..... Help me to resolve this problem soon...

Hi Raghu,

Did you try cleaning your workspace or shifting to a new one?

Thank you for your reply Gautam,
first time while reinstalling I did't cleaned my workspace, Second time while reinstalling I have cleaned my workspace and cleaned full registry files from C:\ ... but still getting "CrashReportjob" error in startup..

Could you zip up the contents of your installation's ccsv6/install_logs* folders and post them here?

Hi,

The installation looks good. It's possible that your installed Microsoft Redistributables are corrupted though. Could you do the following:

Go to add/remove programs and uninstall both the 2005 and 2012 msvc redistributables (32 bit versions).

Download the executables from here:

http://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/test/vcredist_x86_2012_11.0.61030.exe

software-dl.ti.com/.../vcredist_x86_2005_6.0.2900.2180.exe

Install them.

Try starting CCS again.

Hi Danish,

Thank you for your valuable response.... I have uninstalled both the 2005 and 2012 msvc redistributables. now I am not getting "CreashReportJob" Error in start-up...
