C2000 Linker: How to fix _c_int00 to a specific address?

Hi,

Is there a way to fix _c_int00 to a specific address?

I am not only trying to fix the entry address, but I am trying to keep the entry address fixed to _c_int00 and fixed to a specific address.

The usual way is to make sure _c_int00 is in its own file (say, boot.obj), and then in the linker command file, place boot.obj<.text> at that exact address with an absolute placement locator:
bootext : { boot.obj(.text) } > 0xabcd

I believe _c_int00 is supplied by the compiler? I do not have any code for _c_int00.

What code do I put in boot file? Is there a way to put the symbol directly into that file?

No, there is no syntax in the linker command file to place by symbol. You'll need to figure out which RTS library you are using and write it like this:
boottext { rts2800_fpu32.lib<boot.obj>(.text) } > 0xabcd
