Both these messages indicate that the compiler include path to find "driverlib.h" is not correct. I see that you downloaded MSP432Ware using Resource Explorer. If so, the path to driverlib.h should be C:\ti\tirex-content\msp\msp432ware__3.50.00.02\driverlib\driverlib\MSP432P4xx. Please check that this is the path in your tirex-content folder and then adjust the compiler include path in your project accordingly (under Project Properties->Build->Compiler->Include Options).

You should be able to install 15.12.3.LTS compiler by going to menu Help->Install New Software and selecting "Code Generation Tools Updates" in the "Work with:" drop-down, then selecting the 15.12.3.LTS version. Have you already done this? If so, can you please provide more details and also include a screenshot of your CCS Installation Details (menu Help->Installation Details) and a screenshot of the discovered compilers (menu Window->Preferences->Code Composer Studio->Build->Compilers).

PS: which version of CCS are you using?
