Part Number: MSP-CAPT-FR2633

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello everyone,

It is my first time to use TI CCS and I have problem installing the software. My windows is Win7 64-bit operation system and I am trying to install the latest version of CCS.

I got the warning that the Anti-virus or Firewall might block the installation, but I want to install CCS in company PC and I can't turn off the Anti-virus software.

Does anybody have the same experience? How should I solve this problem?

Thank you

BR

    Hello,
The warning about the anti-virus is a blanket warning. Not all anti-virus is a problem. You can try installing it regardless. The bigger issue is the warning about Windows patch KB3033929. The installer could not confirm that your PC has the patch installed. If it is not installed, please install it (or have IT install it) as this is a required dependency.

The Windows Firewall alert in the last screenshot is not an issue, simply press the button to allow access.

    Thanks
    ki
