CCS: CCS Web Installer does not work for any CCS version

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

An update to our download server has impacted the CCS Web Installer for all CCS versions, preventing the installation from succeeding. In the meantime, please only use the CCS full "Off-Line" installer to install CCS.
