It looks like your editor background and font at set to black.
You can control these settings in the preferences.
To change the background colour you can do that here:
Or you can change the theme. Themes store font and color settings. If you want a black background you can use the dark theme:
If you don't want the black background then choose one of the Code Composer Studio themes.
Once you have made the changes I would restart CCS to ensure that the settings are saved.
