I presume you have CCS installed. Using this Installing New Software procedure, I am able to see versions going all the way back to version 6.0.31. Note if you use CCSv8 or later, there is a modest improvement available. Instead of choosing the menu selection Help | Install New Software, you can choose Help | Install Code Generation Compiler Tools.

You might have a proxy that is blocking access. Please see this forum post about how to configure the proxy. To bring up the dialog shown, choose the menu item Windows | Preferences.

I have downloaded version 6 of CCS and it's using compiiler version 7 , running good
