CCS/MSP432P401R: Unknown device after upgrade to ccs8 simplelink 2.00

I can't connect to my custom board with CC8.3 and MSP-FET.
MSP-FET signals with MODE LED red when I start and when it gives up with the error message below. In between it signals GREEN and RED a couple of times.
The board has its own supply. I have put TARGET VOLTAGE to 2500mV in CCS config of MSP-FET.
Please advice me.
J2 (HEADER7X2)is the connection to MSP-FET
J3 (HEADER5x2) is the J2(TC2050-IDC-FP) connection numbers is the same
I have also tried another of my custom board shown above, and it fails the same way as the first one.
I have checked the connections from MSP-FET connector to MPU pins.
I have compared the connection with MSP-EXP432P401R and it's the same.
MSP-EXP432P401R with MSP-FET-432ADPTR and separate 2.5V works fine with MSP-FET.

The 10-pin connector you are showing does not match the launchpad. Specifically, reset is found on pin 10.
Can you confirm this is connected properly?

refers to a adapter board to connect MSP-FET with TDC2050-IDC
Some new improvements have been made. Now MSP-FET works with JTAG.
