CCS/TIDA-00961: Can not open gui composer and app center on ccs9.1

I want to design a project base on tida-00961.

Q1. I need to install Gui Composer.But I can not connect to App Center.

I try to reinstall CCS, but still can not connect to App Center.

I have look for solution from this forum. Still not work.

Q2. I download gui compser from ti and install. But it can not associated with CCS.

How can I use the powersuite in CCS9.1?

Hello Edwin,

That is very odd. I have not seen that issue. It looks like some encoding problem. What version of Windows are you using? And do you have and localization language enabled (ex: Windows Chinese language)?

In the meantime, I have a workaround to get the GUI Composer v1 Runtime. Go to 'Help -> Install New Software' and in the 'Work with:' field, add this URL: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_ccstudio/guicomposer/v7.2/gc-ccsRepo/

Then DISABLE the option for "Group items by category" and select the checkbox for "GUI Composer for CCS" and press the "Next" button to install it.
