CCS: I want to uninstall the ccsv.4 but failed,and then failed to installed ccs6.13 directly

You can uninstall CCS by simply deleting the directory where it was installed.

Make sure you are installing CCS 6.1.3 to a new/empty directory. Also please check these general recommendations.

If you have checked all the suggestions prior to installing and are still having trouble, please zip up the install_logs folder and attach the zip file here.

I try it  following the general recommendations but failed again.I will attach the zip file here.8712.install_logs.rar

Do you have any anti-virus running? If so, could you try disabling it temporarily while installing CCS?

I turned the anti-virus off,and the ccs7.4 installing program tested no anti-virus running.

it couldn't install com.ti.ccstudio.debugserver.win32.

Is it the problem of the old versiong of debugserver?

My version is debugserver 4.0,it maybe the old versiong for ccsv.4.

should I uninstall it and try the installing program again?

So you see Debug Server listed in your Windows Control Panel->Programs and Features? That is surprising. I don't see Debug Server listed in my Windows Programs but I also never had CCSv4 installed on this machine.

Yes try uninstalling it and then do a clean CCS install again to an empty directory.
