Ok that is odd.  Maybe someone deleted the other one as a duplicate of this one.  I took a quick look at the projects that the document referred to.  They have a number of absolute paths that refer to the machine they were created on.  One is easy to fix as it looks to just be pointing to the project. 

For example this include path

can be changed to

The next 2 refer back to the zip that was downloaded and extracted.  Just update the paths to point to where those folders are on your machine.  The 4th and 5th location require another software package to be present.  

I am going to loop in someone from the product team to help with this thread.

Thanks for giving Updated Uart-bootloader for RM48(2514.RM48HDK_UART_Bootloader.7z).

While importing the project facing some issue. I have attached the screen-shot below, 

We have tried to install the Compiler version as per detail even though some error are getting,

we have successfully compiled code in ccs version 9.0. Uploaded the code to RM48 EVK in debug mode.

we are able upload the flash of 3MB from the Microcontroller as UploadedApplicationImage.bin file.

we have generated .bin file using command 

"${CCS_INSTALL_ROOT}/utils/tiobj2bin/tiobj2bin” “${BuildArtifactFileName}”

“${BuildArtifactFileBaseName}.bin” “${CG_TOOL_ROOT}/bin/armofd”

“${CG_TOOL_ROOT}/bin/armhex” “${CCS_INSTALL_ROOT}/utils/tiobj2bin/mkhex4bin"

but when we tried to download it become no response after 2 min....in hyperterminal it is always printing CCCCCCCCCCC...

Please help to solve the problem..
