Hello

I try to modify srr_config_chirp_design_USRR.h and re-build bin file and load to my device

But I can't open it in MATLAB gui from TI providing (The issue is waiting for comport,and can't open comport )

I want to know could I modify this config or not .......?? (I hope to modify some parameters and check the output....)

Hi,

Could you connect to the device over JTAG/CCS when it gets halted and check its blocking point?

If time to process b/w chirp or frame gets small than required due to any experimental changes (config changes) then the application may go into ASSERT and GUI won't get any output over UART.

Thank you for your reply first

I have one test is change USRR_LOOP_COUNT from 32 times to 64 ......and it's also the same issue (GUI won't get any output over UART)

In this case, why do I want to modify it ?? Because I feel doppler value get from GUI is small resolution ....so I try to modify it

Am I right ??

Hello,

If you doubling the chirp_loop_count then you need to increase the frame periodicity also so that increased chirps can accommodate in the whole frame and device has sufficient time to send the UART data also.

Although increasing this will affect the velocity resolution as it will make a slower frame rate.

Have some examples with high velocity resolution could be provided or suggested in TI Web??
