I want to make a timer function, similar to the watchdog, the time range is more than 1 minute, timeout to determine the watchdog restart, what should I do, what should I refer to.(including timer setting and use)

I would recommend you to read the SYSBIOS user guide to get more information and conceptual understanding of SYSBIOS, TIMER Module, and BIOS API in general. The SYSBIOS user guide is available at: C:\ti\bios_6_73_01_01\docs. (This is the BIOS version that gets installed with the latest MMWAVE-SDK).

You can also look at the following training videos to learn more about TI RTOS (i.e. SYSBIOS): Getting started with TI-RTOS training series.

Chapter 10 below covers the TIMER Module in detail
