CCS/TMS320F28379D: Error: Can't find the platform package 'devkits.platform' and This project was created using a version of compiler that is not currently installed

Thank you Ki, I have already seen that post but I couldn't get following things

1) In that answer, Mr. Bhardhwaj explained about checking powerSUIT, but I couldn't get it. He explained Windows->Preferences->Code Composer Studio -> RTSC -> Products, you will see powerSUITE listed under "Installed Products"

2) Does PowerSUIT have a different setup or it is under ControlSUIT? Because I have installed the ControlSUIT also when I look into C:\ti\controlSUITE\powerSUITE, I can see poweSUIT. If it's different then from where I can download? When I tried to create a new project, it doesn't show me the message that "do you want to install powerSUIT" it means I think it already installed.

If you don't see it listed there, then you need to have CCS discover it. Press the "Refresh" button to have CCS look for more products.

It will display a list of all available products for CCS to "discover/install". I will choose powerSUITE 1.7.0

After it is installed, it will appear in the list of discovered products:

Thank you so much for the great help. I have installed the powerSUIT but when I try to open the main.cfg file it doesn't show me anything just blank screen like this

Sounds like you do not have the GCv1 Runtime installed:
