CCS: How can I use ccs6.2.0 to develop TMS320280049 now?

Hi , wokers from TI :

For some history reason, we need to use CCS 6.2.0 to develop TMS320F280049;

Though this version don't support TMS320F280049, we can use the meathod "help -Check for update" ,and then install C2000 Device Support Package 4.2.8.0 to let it work;

But recently the siteweb of C2000 Device Support Package 4.2.8.0 can't be linked anymore, the "help -Check for update" is fail

So is there any other ways to let me develop TMS320F280049 by using CCS6.2.0 ? Or where can i found and then install the off-line package to solve this problem?

What is the error message when the update fails?

I was able to update the C2000 device support package with my CCSv6.2.0 installation so the repository location should still be good.

Can you explicitly add the repo path under the 'Help -> Install New Software" dialog like below and see if it can find the update?

Are you behind some proxy/firewall? Are you able to access any other updates? Does App Center and other views that require internet access work for you?
