CCS/TMS320F28335: How do CCS compiler use GBK character encoding ?

Dear team,
I want to use GBK character in CCS. I only want to use GBK character ,not the UTF-8 or ohters character .
I followed the below links:
I tried to change it to GBK, but the Chinese comments in the c file still show garbled characters.
I do not know which one should i download from the link? How could i use it?
Please help.
I followed instructions for first link and adding GBK as shown in Ki-soo Lee's post worked fine for me. Please make sure that you select appropriate file type in preference page, bottom window will show file extensions that are part of that category, then click "Update" and "Apply and Close". I used CCS 10.0.0
