Hello Sai,
LM3S9B92 is an obsolete device and should not be used for any new product development. We will not provide support for the use of this device in any new project situation. If you have an existing project for the device, please reference your existing project setup in CCS.
Otherwise, you should migrate to our TM4C portfolio: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spma035
With TM4C MCUs we offer our TivaWare SDK that will have example projects pre-built with all the right settings: https://www.ti.com/tool/SW-TM4C
Hello Sai,
It looks like you are bouncing between threads a bit here and I apologize, but we don't have any expertise to comment on the compiler error. I think George has offered you some advice in a different thread. I don't have any added inputs here, I am neither familiar with StellarisWare nor am I familiar with GCC.
Regarding your other question to George about alternate evaluation boards, I provided collateral in my first post regarding that.
A specific EVM I can recommend is https://www.ti.com/tool/EK-TM4C1294XL which provides USB / Ethernet functionality on board, and CAN can be added with external Boosterpack: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spna245
Dear Ralph,
Thank you so much for the EVM recommendation. I was thinking to migrate existing project for prototyping and development as LM3S9B92 is obsolete.
once again, thank you for the links for EVM.
regards,
Sai
