Help with TRIAD License

I submitted the license file and Host IDs from the other server to ccs_license_file_help@list.ti.com and received the following response:

We also followed http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Licensing_-_CCSv4#Floating_Licenses "Q: How do I setup a 3 server redundant configuration?"  After modifying PRIMARY_MASTER to PRIMARY_IS_MASTER based on information from FLEX licensing manual), and recieved the following message:  "Invalid license key (inconsistent authentication code)"

Is there another mechanism for obtaining a solution?

    Lois,

    PRIMARY_MASTER is what we have used successfully in other 3 server licenses.  The format that you found in the FAQ is pulled directly form a working license file and just had the server names and MACs replaced.

    In the lower part of the license file is the feature section.  Each line that starts with INCREMENT is a feature.  INCREMENT CCS_LINKER_FULL is the section for the linker feature.  Within each of those sould be a line that says VENDOR_STRING=XXXX.   The XXXX should match the server that is marked as the primary master.

    You can freely edit the SERVER lines at the top of the file, but the feature section has a digital signature so it can't be edited or the license will be invalid.  If you edited anything down there you can click on my name and start a private conversation with me.  That will allow you to send me your license file and I can re-sign it.
