Binding GEL scripts functions to keyboard

Hi

Is there an option to bind GEL script function (which can be accessed through "Scripts") to keyboard shortcut?

Or is there at leas a way to bind "Scripts" menu to Alt+s shortcut (like "File" menu is through Alt+f)?

Any help will be greatly appreciated,.
