How do I get the watch window to show?

I am working with the 8301 kit.

I am on lab 2a, page 32, of InstaSPIN Projects and Labs User’s Guide. After you run the js script you need to look

at what is in the "watch window". Its not there and a search in help shows "GEL refresh windows". A search in the

forums shows only 2 entries, neither of which helped. Looking for a CCS video now, but if anyone can give me an answer sooner, you would have my thanks.

    "Watch Window" was a feature in CCSv3, similar to what is called the "Expressions View" in CCSv5. This makes me suspect that you following old documentation. Do you have a link to this guide you are following?
