Where can I download the ARM compiler version 5.1.9?

I have some issues with the 5.1.9. on the CC3200 platoform about the code size limit exeeded, so I would like to use the other version of the compiler, but I cant seem to find it.

    In CCS, select Help | Install New Software.  Set the Work With entry to Code Generation Tools Updates.  Expand the entry for TI Compiler Updates.  That will show you ARM compiler tools 5.1.9.  See the screen shot below.
