How can I see during debbug or run mode the timeline of the task threads going on?

Which view or procedure should I use.

I am using a BLE. app of TI which use bios.

There is something called TI-RTOS Anayzer which has a collection of analysis tools such as a task execution graph:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CCS_Modules_Library

Unfortunately the issue with TI-RTOS Analyzer is that there is some overhead (RAM) to use some of the features (like the Execution Graph). From what I understand of cc2650 is that there is very little available spare RAM so it may not be realistic to use those features. You can try, but I think you may be out of luck. Sorry.
