    There is no method for changing the COFF version.  The change to the COFF version happened a long time ago (15 years?).  My guess is that an object file is corrupt.  I need to see more context.  Please perform this problem build again.  Then save all the compiler output in the Console window to a text file.  Use the icon named Copy Build Log to create the file.  Use the file extension .txt.  Attach that file to your next post.

    it has to do with configuration of compile and link flags. It is solved.
