Why does SVN fail to install after installing CCSv6.1.3.00034 ?

Hello, everyone!

  In the past, SVN run OK in CCSv6.1.2. However, after installing CCSv6.1.3.00034, SVN always fails to be installed. Anyone can tell me how to do?

  I have tried these two choices and failed.
