windows 7 with server pack 1

Dear sir,

When i install CCS v6.1.3,it was asking server pack 1 is needed for windows 7 32 bit OS.If we dont have server pack 1 then what is the solution for that,can we install in different server packs.If so which server pack is suitable for it.
