Is there any description for CC2640R2F .map file? How to understand different part? Thanks a lot.

and in .map file, there are lots of "release0_pem3.oem3 " . would you please give any idea for it? Thanks.

The files with filename extension ".oem3" are object files. Please see http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/A_Brief_History_of_TI_Object_File_Formats in addition to the material George suggests.
