CCS: Could not start TI Cloud Agent

I am having issues launching TI Cloud Agent on my work computer. In CCS Cloud, when I to go Target -> Connect COM Port, it keeps telling me to download TI Cloud Agent--which I have downloaded. I have the Chrome extension too. When I went to IT, there were no problems when the admin did it, but I do not have the admin privileges, and so I am having this issue. Please help. This is a similar issue to this one, except in this case I do not have the admin privileges.

    Unfortunately this is a current limitation in the TI Cloud Agent. Please see this post for more details.
