CCS/TMS320F280049: ASIL Level of CCS Tool

Dear sirs,

Currently F280049 was applied in our design in which the functional safety is required. On the software development side, could the CCS compiler meet the ISO 26262 ASIL B or C?

In that standard, there is the ASIL level definition for software tools in ISO 26262-8 chapter 11. Could you help to check that?
