CCS/TM4C1294NCPDT: Error to connecting to the target

Yeah, I know its difficult cuz there aren't too many details, but it's really what I have when I try to debug.

If it helps, I attached some pictures of the message error, its the only what I have to explain, Hope you can help me :/

At the very least, please let me know which exact CCS version you are using and what host OS you are running CCS on.

Also, the links to your screenshot is broken. Please repost them. If you are still having issues, please refer to this FAQ.

I'm using Windows 10 Home Single 64-bit v1909 running in CCS v9.1.0

Are you using the Tiva LaunchPad?

Yes, it's the Tiva Connected LaunchPad.

Check your jumper settings. Make sure they are configured for ICDI. The configuration below works for me:

If the jumpers look good, check Device Manager and make sure the Stellaris ICDI appears like below:

Jumpers look good.

Regarding drivers. Virtual Serial Port is using COM8 (as shown below) instead 36 which I thought that's not too important at all.

But Stellaris Dives Firmware Upgrade is not installed. This could make the error appears?

Yeah the COM number can vary so that is not an issue.

No, I don;t think it is an issue either. The key ones I wanted to see are the entries under "Stellaris In-Circuit Debug Interface". Those look good.

Any chance you can try the latest CCS 10.1 to see if that helps?

I instaled the last version of CCS 10.1 but the issue is still remaining, any other helpful idea to solve it?

Everything looks good from a tools standpoint. I fear that the issue may be related to the HW itself. Do you have another launchpad that you can try? Can you take your current launchpad and try it on another PC?
