CCS/CCSTUDIO-C2000: problem installing CCS 10.1.0.00010

Part Number: CCSTUDIO-C2000

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I get the following error when attempting to install CCS using the on-demand (web) installer setup_10.1.0.00010.exe on Windows 10.

"Unable to download component C2000 real-time MCUs: Access forbidden"

This happens at the very beginning of the process after selecting:

At "Select Components" choose only "C2000 real-time MCUs"

At "Install debug probes" go with pre-selected default option

Any advice you could offer would be much appreciated.
