CCS: CCS Cloud doesn't start up

Hi Champs.

since a week CCS Cloud doesn't start up, delays or stops operation. 

started via dev.ti.com and launched CCS Cloud. In the mean time I experienced 20 colleagues facing with same issue. 

My does CCS Cloud not start up?
