I am facing issue in flashing/debugging TI-Lauchpad, earlier it was suggested to perform the mass erase to resolve the issue, but we are unable to perform mass erase using both uniflash and ccs

we are getting below error while performing mass erase using uni flash.

 in CCS we did not find scripts to perform mass erase, and unable to establish connection with lauchpad. logs attached.
