Code Composer Studio 10.3.1 / macOS Big Sur 11.2 Display issues

I have been noticing many display issues on Code Composer Studio 10.3.1 (Currently on 10.3.1.00003) since upgrading my os to macOS Big Sur. (I'm currently on 11.2.3)

* I cannot move tabs

* Text gets distorted when resizing windows

* The Problems, Advice, Search, etc windows do not update. The windows appear totally empty until I start clicking around to inside the window

* When jumping to a function definition or a new location in a file, the screen will not update until I scroll or otherwise "manually" cause the screen to update.

* Even typing text is very slow to update

This is on a very well equipped Intel iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020) with 40GB RAM.

This appears to be a Eclipse based bug (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=567615) but they also show it as fixed in December 2020...
