TI is pleased to announce a new C28/CLA compiler version 21.12.0.STS which includes the following new features:
Available in release 21.12.0.STS:
- Interrupt save/restore efficiency improvement
- Performance improvements in reducing register spilling
- Performance improvements to keep global float/double variables in registers
- Performance improvements with additional if-conversion use cases
- Performance improvements with directly loading 16-bit constants to ACC register
