CCS v3.3 cannot connect to DSP QQ2812

Does someone use DSP 2812,? Please help me!

I do like the instruction in user manual but CCS doesn't connect. Instruction says:

open Setup CSSv3.3, select F2812 XDS510 Emulator> Properties>Auto-generate board data file with extra configuration file> Browse file Blackhawk.cfg>Next> Value 0x0>Finish. Save and start CCS3.3

On CCS3.3. Debug>Connect> error pop-up
Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000240/-118
Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS,
This error was generated by TI's USCIF driver.

Sometimes, error is:
Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000200/-1047
Fatal Error during: OCS,
PTI_ERR_EMU_CLOSE Error Occured at 0x00000000

I/O Port = 0

(I don't have blackhawk.cfg files, so I select some different .cfg file from blackhawk)

I don't understand, I installed usb driver (EZ-USB 68013). Can someone help me? Does someone have CD rom?

It seems you are using a Blackhawk emulator, but the configuration you selected is for a TI XDS510 emulator for the ISA bus (check the attached screen with an example of a Blackhawk configuration for the F2812). You will need to download the CCSv3.3 device drivers from Blackhawk website at:

I think I was missing an important device. Board QQ2812, there is no JTAG, it can not connect with PC.
I ordered QQ2812 in China. When I received it only board QQ2812. I go online to find out this board is supplied with the JTAG. JTAG names Study-USB, and it's made in China.

I think to buy a QQ2812 board from China. But when I read your post I can not believe it! You say that que QQ2812 have not JTAG Port !!

However if you look this link, in the second image bellow , the seller show where is the DSP JTAG Port? so , are you sure from your statement?

Denise,

I think he referred to the fact the QQ2812 only has a DSP JTAG header connector and not an emulator built into the board. That is what I see in the link you sent (the DSP JTAG connector).

However, looking at the manufacturer's product page I see they mention they do not need an external emulator to use the board.

In this case I would contact them directly to clarify this information, provide the correct device drivers to be used with CCS and instructions on how to configure CCS.

Ah, QQ2812 has a JTAG port (J11). And I use JTAG XDS560 USB 2.0. It works correctly.
