New include paths in CCS vs W7

Hi,

I need to add new include paths in my project (CCS v4). I've read in a post how I can do it, but my OS is windows 7 and the target "C/C++ Build--ConfigurationSsettings" appears unactive. I've other laptop with Window XP and it works correctly.
