CCS Connectivity Issue for Stellaris LM3S1960

Hi All,

I am working on customized board with LM3S1960 stellaris processor.

when I connect the JTAG with the board and tried to connect target with CCS version 4.2.0 I got following connection error.

Error connecting to the target:

Error 0x80000240/-5005

Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS,

Unknown Error

============================

I am using XDS510 JTAG Emulator.

Can anybody suggest what wrong I am doing?
