CCS v4 request license error

Our firm bought CCS v4 ALL F01.I wrote mac address PC server for CCS and when I try to send request for license I got error 100045.

What Does it mean?

Is this error number 10045 and the error message the one shown below?

There is currently a problem with the Part Number being Activated.
Error Number 10045

If so, you need to contact the license help e-mail at: ccs_license_file_help@list.ti.com
