How to use LCD_graphics.out file run in Ubuntu

We compiled and debug the LCD_graphics examples using CC Studio its working fine. same example using ubuntu not working, When I ran the sample code test_lcd_graphics to test LCD, LCD only displays the solid blue color but though I can see the strips only, no colors. please tell me how to use code composer studio test_lcd_ghaphics.out to run using ubuntu ? my direct quetion is how to use CCStudio .out exe file to run in using Ubuntu?

Hi Peter,

What is the full version number of CCS that you are using? What device and emulator are you using? Where did you get this example?

We are using 4.2 CCS and OMAP-L138 Experimenter development board from logic PD and USB emulator.

Downloaded example 1017292B_OMAP-L138_GEL_BSL_Files_v2.3.zip from logicPD.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. You should move to CCSv5 if you wish to use CCS on Ubuntu. CCSv5 is the first CCS version to officially support Linux. I tried out the same example with CCSv5.1 on Ubuntu. It seemed to run fine.
