UCD3138OL40EVM-032: Scan for devices that implement DEVICE ID :"No devices found" in log

Hello,

I recently use UCD3138OL40EVM-032 to learn UCD3138 firmware writing and download.

After I download Lab_01 of UCD-TRAINING-LABS to UCD3138OL40EVM-032 through UCD3XXX device GUI,

it's always show DEVICE_ID request as following:

Then, I click "Scan for  devices that implement DEVICE ID" , there is showing "No devices found" in log as following:

I already browse relation issues in TI website, and find most likely reason is that FAULT3 is pull high lead to code can't execute.

Therefore, I use memory debugger to detect FAULT[3] Input value is be 1.

However, I can't find FAULT[3] to pull low in UCD3138OL40EVM-032 board, which use 40 pins of UCD3138RHA.

What can I do next to solve this problem?
