CCSv5 errors when trying to debug

Hello,

After nice co-operation with CCSv5 suddenly I started receiving following errors when I am trying to debug my code:

Had anybody this kind of errors? I tried to fix it changing the Target Configuration File but none of configurations which worked before are working now.
