[FAQ] MSPM0-SDK: MSPM0 Support Package Release for CCS 12.8.1

Part Number: MSPM0-SDK

To support diagnostic check for MSPM0 device, we suggest users start with CCS V20 which integrated by default.

For the users with CCS V12.8.1, we need update the MSPM0 support package with 1.13 or newer.
